프롭테크 플랫폼 ‘경매야’는 26일 넥스트 아이비 사옥에서 ‘유상철 감독 추모 기부경매’를 통해 모금된 3424만3747원을 유가족에게 전달했다. ‘유 감독 추모 기부경매’는 ‘경매야’를 통해 6월 21일부터 28일까지 진행됐다. 전달식에는 유가족을 대표해 유 감독의 아내 최희선씨와 아들이 참석했다. 최씨는 “어려운 시기, 고인에 대한 애정으로 정성을 모아주신 선후배, 동료, 관계자, 그리고 무엇보다 팬 여러분께 깊은 감사의 마음을 전한다”고 소감을 전했다.

넥스트아이비는 ‘2021 제15회 상반기 대한민국 우수특허”에서 전자/IT 부문 대상을 수상했다.
28일 넥스트아이비에 따르면 넥스트아이비는 지난 5월 블록체인을 이용한 비대면 부동산 경매 서비스 제공방법을 특허 등록했다.
경매야는 그간 오프라인에서 아날로그 방식으로 운영돼 왔던 경매를 온라인에서 스마트폰으로 간편하게 참여할 수 있도록 한 플랫폼이다. 경매 방식에 블록체인 기술을 도입해 입찰 데이터의 조작이나 위변조 가능성을 없앴고 스마트폰을 통해 누구나 경매에 참여할 수 있도록 했다.
비대면 부동산 시스템을 제공함으로써 경매 장소로 이동해 오프라인 상에서 진행해야 했던 기존 경매 시스템의 불편함을 없앴다는 것이 플랫폼 관계자의 설명이다.
현재 넥스트아이비는 검증된 블록체인 경매 시스템의 안정성을 바탕으로 소장가치 높고 희귀한 여러 제품들까지 경매야 플랫폼에서 손쉽게 거래할 수 있도록 플랫폼을 확장할 것이라 전했다.
한편, 넥스트아이비는 최근 2002 월드컵의 히어로 유상철 감독 가족을 위한 기부경매를 진행해 총 408명이 경매에 참여하기도 했다.
